Information we collect
When you submit an inquiry, we collect your name, email address, show dates, location, requested role, and any additional details you provide. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your message.
Our hosting systems may also record technical information such as your IP address, browser information, requested pages or files, timestamps, and errors. The contact form uses a hashed version of your IP address and submission timestamps to limit repeated requests and prevent abuse.
How we use information
We use inquiry details to respond to you, discuss availability, prepare for potential work, and maintain relevant business correspondence. Technical information is used to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website. We do not sell personal information or use contact inquiries for targeted advertising.
Service providers and external websites
Namecheap provides website hosting and Private Email services. Contact inquiries are delivered to our business contact inbox using email services, including Google Gmail. These providers process information needed to host the website, transmit messages, or store correspondence.
The Resources page loads software website screenshots from Thum.io. When your browser loads a preview, it connects to Thum.io, which receives your IP address and browser request information. The software website URL is sent to Thum.io to generate the screenshot; contact form details are not included in preview requests.

Links to software websites and Instagram take you to independently operated services with their own privacy practices. Third-party providers may collect information under their own policies, including information about activity across websites.
Cookies and tracking
The contact form uses a session cookie to protect submissions against unauthorized requests. Our website code does not include advertising trackers or analytics tools that track visitors across websites. We do not change the website’s behavior in response to browser Do Not Track signals. External preview providers and linked websites may follow different practices.
How long we retain information
Inquiry emails and related correspondence are retained as needed to respond, manage potential or ongoing work, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. There is no automatic deletion schedule for inquiry emails. Hosting logs, email backups, and session data are subject to the providers’ retention practices.
The form’s abuse-prevention ledger considers requests within a 15-minute window. Older entries are removed when a later submission updates the ledger; this is not a promise that stored entries are automatically deleted after 15 minutes.
Your choices and requests
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted by emailing david@freelancing-247.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Certain information may need to be retained for legitimate business or legal reasons, and copies may remain in provider backups.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings, although blocking session cookies may prevent the contact form from working.
Security
We use HTTPS and reasonable safeguards to protect the website and contact submissions. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Children
This website is intended for professional and business use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information.
